Items ship out from Trailer Parts Unlimited distribution center in Huntsville, Texas.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
FREIGHT TRUCK SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our larger products are shipped by a common freight carrier. You (the customer) will need to have the product delivered to a commercially zoned address, a place that a 53 foot semi trailer can easily access. You (the customer) will need to provide the correct equipment to unload your purchase. If you do not have a loading dock, then you will need a forklift, skid steer, or some similar type of handling equipment to unload the purchase. You (the customer) can also pick it purchased items at a freight terminal around your area.
IF YOU HAVE ANY FREIGHT QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE GET THEM ASKED AND ANSWERED BEFORE WE SHIP!
For the majority of locations, we can ask the freight carrier to provide a lift gate if needed. The lift gate will assist the customer in unloading products such as axles, tires and wheels and other palatalized items. If the customer does not have a truck-height loading dock. Remember, the customer is always responsible for providing the necessary equipment to offload their product safely. NOTE: IF YOU (THE CUSTOMER) REQUESTS A LIFT GATE OR PURCHASE TO BE DELIVERED TO A NON-COMMERCIALLY ZONED LOCATION, OTHER CHARGES WILL APPLY. LIFT GATE CHARGE WILL BE A ADDITIONAL $115 ADDED TO TOTAL FREIGHT QUOTE. RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY CHARGE WILL BE A ADDITIONAL $125 ADDED TO ORIGINAL FREIGHT QUOTE.
If a product is picked up at a local trucking terminal, the truck terminal staff should be able to load the equipment on your trailer or truck. (You must furnish a vehicle that is large enough to "handle" your product). If you need us to locate a terminal in your area, or if you would like a shipping quote, please contact our office.
IN STORE PICK UP IS AVAILABLE
visit our distribution center in Huntsville Texas and pick up your purchase. Just make sure that you bring "enough vehicle" and call ahead to make sure that we have the product available.
