This Carter Brand 12k electric brake assembly is designed to replace Rockwell/Quality electric brake assemblies designed to fit 12,000 lb-16,000 lb trailer axles with a five hole brake flange. Fully assembled with shoes, springs, and magnets attached to the backing plate, these self-adjusting brakes automatically adjust to deliver optimum performance and braking power with very little maintenance.
