AXLE (FULLY ASSEMBLED)
(1) 6,000 lb Trailer Axle – Carter
• 6 Lug – 5.5" bolt pattern
• Idler hubs (no brakes)
• 5-bolt brake flange already welded on
• Pre-wired for brakes (ready for upgrade)
• 3" round axle tube powder coated
• 1/4" wall thickness
• 1/2" wheel studs with lug nuts included
• Fast Lube spindles (ez lube) zerk fittings on spindle to easily add grease to hubs
• Forged aluminum grease caps (won’t bend or fail like cheap caps)
• Packed with high-temp grease
• Fully assembled
This shows up ready to install — not a pile of parts.
****** note: If you select the “00” or “Pads Loose” option for spring center, the spring pads will NOT be welded onto the axle. This allows you to position and weld them exactly where you need them.
We also offer to weld the spring pads on for you where you want (additional charge). If you’d like us to weld the spring pads to your specific measurements, simply tell us you want us to weld the spring pads/ and or move them and weld them where you need them and include your dimensions in the order notes at checkout. We’ll review the details and give you a call to collect the additional charge before completing the work.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR AXLE (DO THIS RIGHT)
Hub Face (HF)
Measure from one hub face to the other (where studs stick out). this measurement can very a little bit, its not as important as the spring center measurement
Spring Center (SC)
Measure from center of one spring to center of the other. this measurement is very important so double and triple check!
What to Expect
There is typically about a 15" difference
(About 7-1/2" per side)
If you don’t measure, you’re guessing.
If you guess, you risk ordering wrong.
